This morning I’m at Starbucks pouring some non-fat milk into my grande cinnamon dolce regular pike place coffee when this nice younger-ish guy said to me “Wow, is that an engagement ring!? Thats some bling, he’s a keeper.” Well thank you, Mr. late 20′s kind of a punk rocker slash possible art major slash guitar player. I like the ring too, & the Fiance – yes, he’s a keeper!

Good Friends in Great Places

My wonderful friend Assunta who works at this fabulous salon downtown – Ana Molinari (no website), hooked me up with a free AIR BRUSHING!!!

Thats like, uh, really nice…

It was an awesome experience, Bridesmaid bf Blair came with me (added bonus). The airbrushing was super easy, felt nice, and more importantly – looked fantastic. Seriously, it looked great…according to Blair, it didn’t look like I had any make up on, just a flawless face. Which is obviously not the case, unless you’re Cindy Crawford. AND B even said it looked BETTER in the sunlight. =) Considering our wedding extravaganza is all outside – this is a good thing!

Point is…I really liked it and I am definitely going to go for it for the wedding. Yay, one more decision made!!

What’s next? Everything.

Now that summer & summer vacations are over (almost), I am back to my computer and we are working on lots of stuff!

Catering: Michaels on East a.k.a. the best food & catering service in Sarasota are the winners. If you ask anyone around here they will tell you MOE is the way to go! We have attended many events they have catered and we are consistently blown away. Michael’s was an easy choice. Not to mention Phil (catering manager) is Superb to work with and extremely creative! I am looking forward to working with him on all the special details of our special day <3.

Save the Date: I hope to have the Save the Dates out in early October. Check your mailbox!!

Dress: ohhhhh laaa laaa. I am excited about this one. I think I found it – my ONLY setback is I have only looked at about 4 stores so I feel like I haven't seeeeen it all. I know, I know, most people say "you will know right away" well, I did, and I do, but being the perfectionist my astrological sign has given me, I need to make sure there is NO other dress in ANY other store I like. Crazy? Maybe. Clairfying? Absolutely.
